At by Sibarita you can shop as a guest or registered customer.
Signing up is easy and your details will be saved in your account for future purchases.
If you shop as a guest, you will find your details and the details of your order in your confirmation email.

Please remember that you can only modify or cancel your order before it reaches the final stages of preparation for dispatch.

You can save your favorite items in your WISH LIST to always have them on hand.
You must be a registered customer to use this option.
Save your favorite items in your WISH LIST by clicking the heart icon on each item. You can create different WISH LISTS and modify them.
You can make your WISH LIST public and share it as a link with anyone you wish by using the “Copy link” option.
If you decide to complete the purchase, you will need to add the items to the basket and follow the usual payment process.

You can shop online with peace of mind because we make great efforts to ensure the security of your purchases and your information.

You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or a business. You will be able to access the invoice on your account once the order has been dispatched. If you made the purchase as a guest, contact us and we will send you the invoice.

SHIPPING AND COSTS

It takes 7-15days of shipping, excluding processing time.

You can track the order in our system and we will also send a tracking email to your customer if you set up the delivery notification in your store.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 30 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.
Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.
The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.
Remember to print the purchase receipt for your order and include it with your return.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.
